Chris Metz has been involved in the Public Works & Infrastructure industry since 1999. He started his career as a maintenance worker for the City of Midlothian, in Ellis County, Texas. Over the last 24 years he has worked his way up through various organizations to hold executive level positions in some of the fastest growing communities and largest municipal organizations in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. Mr. Metz has experience in water, wastewater, roadway maintenance , and utility construction . He currently holds a TCEQ Class B Water Distribution license and a Class III Wastewater Collection license. Additionally, he has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas, and a Master's Degree in Public Administrations from the University of Texas at Arlington.
